The Pinecone Click Pen is solidly crafted from raw 303 Stainless Steel ready to withstand daily wear and never chip or crack. Included with the pen is an ultra-reliable all metal Schmidt SKM-88 click mechanical assembly which is precision engineered in Germany by Schmidt. The pen body is made of a stabilized pine cone that has the look and feel of a Tahoe Winter full of snow, and is inspired by the colors of the arctic icebergs.
The pen requires little maintenance, when the refill runs out it can be replaced with a Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 of any ink density (Fine/Medium/Bold Thickness). When replacing the refill, unscrew the top while keeping track of the spring and remove the plastic piece from the back of the spent refill and then reapply to the back of new refill. Lastly, replace the spring and screw the tip back on.
