These vibrant colored "Tamo Chaff" wooden veneered pieces will truly add warmth and color into your home. Artisans of Colombia developed this veneer technique called "Chaff", the process takes the bottom part of wheat called "Tamo", after opened the threads are removed and cut into strands. The individual strands are then hand painted, lacquered and applied directly to each wooden piece of art. This process creates unique bright colored accessories that bring in a touch of tropical air, being ideal for any interior.
